General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 3rr com platform, including the website at 3rrcom.onl and any associated mobile applications. References to "3rr com", "we", "us", or "the platform" refer to the operators of 3rrcom.onl. References to "you" or "the player" refer to any registered user of the platform.

By registering an account on 3rr com, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If at any point you no longer agree to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account through the account settings or by contacting support.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

Registering an account while under the age of 18 is a serious breach of these Terms. Any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds deposited may be returned minus any withdrawals already made, with any winnings forfeited in full.

Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 3rr com. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, device, IP address, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first may be closed without notice, and any funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You should use a strong, unique password and not share your login details with anyone else. 3rr com staff will never ask you for your full password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting 3rr com support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after any pending verification is completed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 3rr com are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment methods that don't belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may change from time to time. 3rr com does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges as per their terms.

3rr com reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit in cases where the payment cannot be verified, is flagged as potentially fraudulent, or is linked to a payment method not registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 3rr com are processed in PKR and are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible (same-source policy).
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 1,000 for Raast, and PKR 2,000 for Bank Transfer.
• 3rr com does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider's own charges may apply.
• Any active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement may affect the portion of your balance available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically arrive within minutes.

3rr com reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, where the account verification process is incomplete, or where the request appears to be in breach of these Terms. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

In cases where a player is found to have breached these Terms after a withdrawal has been processed, 3rr com may seek to recover those funds through appropriate legal channels.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 3rr com — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and all other available markets — are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds can change up until the point that a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player except where 3rr com explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option on that bet.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before it reaches the required completion point, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned.
• 3rr com reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.
• In-play bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Acceptance of in-play bets may be delayed due to data feed latency — any bet placed during a data delay may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by event, market, and account level. 3rr com may restrict maximum bet amounts for individual accounts where unusual patterns are identified.

3rr com takes match integrity seriously. Any account found to be placing bets related to match manipulation, insider information, or collusion will be closed and any winnings forfeited. Information relating to suspected match fixing will be reported to relevant authorities.

Casino Rules

The casino section of 3rr com includes online slots, Live Casino games with real dealers, table games, and other casino-format titles. The following rules apply to all casino play:

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and betting limits.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a game freezing, disconnection during a Live Casino hand, or server errors — may result in the round being voided and the stake returned. Partially completed rounds where the outcome cannot be determined will be treated according to the individual game provider's malfunction policy.
• Live Casino games are played against real dealers in real time. The outcome of each hand, spin, or roll is final once the round is complete.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately. Real-money funds are used first during betting and casino play unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• A player may only claim each welcome bonus or first-deposit offer once. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
